With over 20 years of coaching experience working directly with USAF Special Tactics, Green Berets, Combat Rescue Officers, Pararescue, CCT, TACP, FBI, CIA, and fire/rescue personnel, the patterns became undeniable. Generic programs, untrained coaches, and zero attention to readiness data were producing preventable injuries at scale.
Current doctoral research at the University of Idaho focuses specifically on developing a validated, evidence-based weighting hierarchy for injury prediction in tactical populations, moving beyond outdated models that treat sleep, soreness, and stress as equal inputs.
